Don’t waste your time going to this place, customer service is the same as home affairs

One becomes so spoilt with online banking, I seldom visit the branch. Had to collect a new bank card at the branch today and had to wait for about 30 minutes to see a consultant. Despite the waiting the staff were helpful and professional.

Lousy customer service, have the tone of voice that you are wasting their time when you call in advance to ensure that you have the correct information
