Efficient and fast service. Taken many vehicles there over the years and can't fault them. Not entirely convinced they'd pick up latent faults but no worse than anywhere else — that's a system issue.

I have been in many traffic departments and home affairs offices in this country…this is the first time ever the teller was waiting for me to finish filling in the form. And they were busy!!! Brilliant.

I was able to book my learners within an hour of waiting and the staff was helpful and professional. Compared to the traffic departments I have been to, this one is the best.

Not sure why so many bad reviews here. Went to renew my disc and literally took less than 2 minutes. staff was quite friendly as well. Just make sure all your docs are in order.

Apart from getting the job done, and on time, the service they provide is excellent! They respond almost immediately to your messages!

Staff was really helpful. A lady made sure I had the right documents before I reached the counter and made the necessary copies. Was in and out in half an hour despite a queue, very efficient I must say.
