No one thinks beyond their basic functions. You want staff who are “switched on” not drones. Outdated processes and thinking. Probably hasn't changed in 30 years.

Whatsapp operater is cheeky. He or she could be friendlier when speaking with family of the children. It's like talking to a brick wall, honestly. The convo never seems to get anywhere and redundant questions are asked. Sad.
